Home Sale Network Members

We are proud to be the only appointed Homesale Network Agent for Aberdeen and the North East of Scotland.  The Homesale Network comprises approximately 750 hand picked estate agents covering the length and breadth of the UK.  Membership of the Homesale Network is by invitation only.

We are pleased to report that in 2009 Simpson and Marwick applied for Homesale Network relocation centre accreditation and have been awarded the same.  This is an acknowledgement of our expertise in advising those relocating to the area not only on issues directly concerning property but concerning more general relocation issues such as orientation, schools, leisure and lifestyle issues.

For those selling in the North East and relocating elsewhere in the UK we can, on a no cost or obligation basis, put you in touch with our fellow network agent in the area to which the client is moving who can assist with home search and orientation issues.  The Homesale Network is a division of Cartus Limited the UK’s largest relocation company with whom this firm also works closely.
