The property offers very spacious and versatile family accommodation over two levels. It has been finished to the highest degree using quality materials throughout including solid wood panelled doors, skirtings and facings, and the current owner has complemented the finish with modern decorative touches including a blend of deep pile carpets upstairs, and Karndean flooring throughout the ground floor level. The rooms are all well proportioned, there is a wonderful influx of natural light and an exceptional level of storage. The living space is further enhanced by a large garden room, and there are stunning sea views at the front. It has extensive granite countertops, including a central island, an American style fridge freezer and intergrated dishwasher. The dining area provides the perfect spot for formal dining or relaxed family meals. French doors lead through to the garden room with an open outlook over the garden, glazed doors to the patio, and a quiet rear aspect. The utility room is adjacent to the kitchen and as well as entry to the garden, it also has access to the double garage. At ground floor level is the fifth double bedroom, currently used as a playroom. A cloakroom with quality white fittings completes the ground floor layout. Upstairs, there is a master suite with well proportioned bedroom, twin aspect views and a flood of natural light.
